The Licensing System is currently unavailable. While the Barbados Licensing Authority works to restore service, vehicle-related application forms for General Services such as Weight Certificates, Vehicle Inspections, Road Worthy Certificates, etc. are unavailable payment for these services can be done over-the-counter at Bridge Street Mall, Pine, Warrens, Oistins and Holetown. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

Before completing the Application Form, please review the following steps carefully to understand the process from start to finish.

Payment instructions will be emailed to you upon successful submission of applications.

Step Three

Track Application

Use the unique Confirmation Code provided after submitting the form in STEP TWO. You will also be notified via Email/SMS message of each update as the application is being processed.
