Step One

Start Online Application Form

• The Application Form is divided into sections.
• Follow instructions in each section until the Form is complete.
• You do not have to complete it in one sitting, use the “Save Application” button.
• You can start or continue the process and complete it at any time.

Step Two

Submit Application

• After submitting the form, you will not be able to make any further changes to the information online.
• Payment instructions will be emailed to you upon successful submission of applications.

Step Three

Track Application

Use the unique Confirmation Code provided after submitting the form in STEP TWO. You will also be notified via Email/SMS message of each update as the application is being processed.
